Meitheal, a Cascadia ARC company, builds AI workflows for small businesses. A meitheal was a work party: neighbors bringing in each other’s harvest together, with nobody renting anybody a service. That’s the model.

Own it, don’t rent it

Self-serve AI tools, the $50–200 a month receptionist, inbox and workflow products, mostly improve by learning across every customer’s data at once. That’s a structural fact about how that kind of platform gets better, and it’s good for the platform. It’s less obviously good for you, especially if your direct competitor is on the same tool.

We build the other way. The code and the data are yours. Access is scoped to your business alone. If you ever want to walk away, you keep the keys, the documentation and everything we built.

What we build

How it works

We start by writing the process down. If a step only exists in someone’s head, it gets documented before anything is automated.

No hardcoded credentials. Every integration gets its own scoped access, never a master key pasted into a spreadsheet.

You get the documentation. What was built, how it connects, and how to change or remove it.

What it costs

[Pricing model, e.g. a fixed project fee plus optional support. State it plainly, or say what it depends on.]
